Spring/Summer Scheduling & Horse Camps
Our Class A Show Team will be out of town while we attend two regional championship shows this spring:
Region 2 Championship in Scottsdale, AZ – April 13-19th
Region 1 Championship in Del Mar, CA – May 25-31st
***MISSED LESSONS DUE TO MY ABSENCE***
Anyone who misses lessons due to my absence during these two shows are welcome to push them into June or apply funds towards camps.
Typically in June, the schedule pairs down quite a bit as we lose some of our homeschooled students and start Horse Camps the second week of June. It helps me immensely if you can communicate with me your plans. We encourage everyone to keep their membership activated and you can use your funds towards our camps if you cannot commit to the 4 monthly lessons. This coming summer, we will have several Level 1 camps at varying price points AND we will have 2 Level 2/3 Camps that are fully exchangeable for your Monthly Membership – one in June and one in July. I do take about 1 week off at the end of July. I have attached the Summer Camp information and schedule. PLEASE do not wait too long to sign up (you can send me an email with any questions or if you want to, sign up via ZELLE/VENMO early OR let me know if you want to exchange MM funds)! If you know which camp you want to attend and if you want to exchange funds – tell me sooner than later so I can sign up your student now – otherwise when enrollment is open, it will get full.
Volunteers: If your student would like to volunteer during a camp(s) – I will have sign-ups at the barn soon! I am hoping to have a “Pay It Forward Club” FUN DAY during the summer that all of my wonderful volunteers can come to!
I have announced a NEW – Horsemanship Skills Camp and 6 week course – this is intended for those students wishing to level up their knowledge and learn as much as they can about horses, their care, and handling. I do sometimes have PAID positions here at the Farm. However, it is necessary that students have a variety of skills under their belt in order to be considered. I encourage those interested to come to these camps or the 6 week course over the summer.
